We plan and execute decommissioning of redundant process plant

• Rationalise redundant plant into systems that can be decommissioned safely.
• Produce method statements and marked up drawings to illustrate each decommissioning activity.
• Carry out flushing and purging of systems to remove hydrocarbon residues.
• Gas test and mark up drawings to classify systems as being ready for demolition.

We also plan and manage commissioning of new and refurbished process plant

• Commissioning focal point for all Project work.
• Provide forecasts and resultant schedules pertinent to project to stakeholders to measure performance against targets as well as manage contractual requirements to ensure supplier compliance.
• Design leak tests and oversee technicians carrying out leak testing of new or refurbished plant.
• Manage commissioning activities such as flushing, purging, valve tagging and valve line-ups ensuring they have been carried out by technicians.
• Review operating and commissioning instructions.
• Direct technicians to carry out process isolations on plant.
• Ensure work permits for commissioning activities have been built and submitted by technicians.
