We have safely carried out Process preparation and flushing of the old Raw Make system at Sullom Voe Terminal, followed by air-gapping of the plant to allow safe demolition. Currently working on the Process release of major piperacks between old Fractionation, Refridgeration and Drying units to allow their demolition.
To date we have safely commissioned BP Laggan Tormore, BP Aurora, BP HPLP5, EnQuest Main Flare, EnQuest Stabilisation Train 1 and EnQuest Brent RTS assets at Sullom Voe Terminal.
We have planned and executed leak tests for these assets and addressed punchlist items to provide assurance to BP Commissioning Manager.
We have revised operating instructions for Laggan Tormore asset and delivered training to BP Operations Technicians.
We developed a new process to address challenges associated with delays in preparing Level 2 risk assessments which were causing delays on the Laggan Tormore pipeline construction project. We devised method to identify these key activities for upcoming work with planners and liaised with Area Authorities facilitating the timely development of the permits. This led to a significant reduction in delays allowing the project to finish on schedule.
