WHAT LEAK TESTING SERVICES CAN WE PROVIDE?

We have a wide experience of leak testing in the Oil & Gas industry from small test envelopes for valve replacements through to complex systems with partial water-fills to reduce Nitrogen volume. We are also experienced in the use of chemical dosing pumps to water fills to prevent corrosion of dead legs in pipework. We are certified to use Nitrogen Quads for high pressure leak tests and are SIRPs Level 4 Leak Test assessed.

We will develop a leak test envelope on P&IDs specific to the client's requirements and then develop the Process isolation required within ISSOW/Proscient. We have vast experience in the production of detailed leak test procedures and these will be tailored to suit the client's documentation.

We will participate in any Level 2 Risk Assessments that may be required by the client, and will produce Risk Assessments and COSHH Assessments as required by the client.

System line-up for the test can either be performed by us or the client and we will provide final sign off that the system is safe and ready to be tested. The leak test will be executed by us and can be witnessed by the client if required. Assurance of the test will be provided by us and all procedures, documents and certificates required by the client will be checked and signed by us prior to demobilisation from the site.

We can also provide specialist leak testing consultancy if the client wishes to carry out leak testing in house.
